but a place to exhale.
To soften the edges of the day.
To come out of the mind and back into your body and heart.
To feel what it is like to simply be, without needing to hold everything together.
This retreat is created as that kind of experience.
A quiet, intimate gathering where the pace slows naturally, and where you are not asked to become anything other than who you already are.
Nothing to perform.
Nothing to figure out.
Nothing to hold together here.
Just time to arrive, settle, and be met in a gentle way—by the land, by the practices, and by the women sharing the space with you.

THE EXPERIENCE
This retreat is intentionally small.
This allows us to slow down, become familiar with one another, and let connection unfold in a natural, unforced way.
There is no pressure to perform, share, or work through anything you are not ready for. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Each day we gather in a gentle rhythm of practice, rest, and connection:

Time in nature and quiet reflection

Shared meals and simple conversation

Moments of stillness to integrate and rest
And just as important as the practice itself…
there is space to simply be together.
To listen and soften into the ease of shared presence.
This is a spacious retreat by design.

We will be gathering at a beautiful lakeside setting on Lake Constance
A place where water, open space, and nature naturally invite stillness…
and support the nervous system in remembering ease.
THE INVESTMENT
The participation fee for this 7-day retreat is: €1,888
This includes the full retreat experience, facilitation, and all guided sessions throughout the week.
